Broker's Comments

Preliminary details: awaiting confirmation by owner.

Fitted out to a very high standard for live aboard or holiday use, she has hardly been lived-on since completion due to owner relocation. She’s booked in to have her exterior painted in mid-July 2005, so a quick buyer may even get to choose the colour scheme. The interior is light wood panelled throughout giving a clean, bright and homely feel. With a bunch of nice features, the benefit of many new appliances and a very comfortable saloon with custom leather sofa, wood burning stove and coffee table, she’ll make a lovely home at a fraction the price of a waterside property.
