I really feel this is a fantastic opportunity to own a lovely boat which has a great amount of space with plenty of headroom, ideal for a family or live aboard. Some work is required and already organised by the current owner, however this can all be negotiated which will in turn give any potential owner an opportunity to modernise and bring the interior in line with your own personal taste.
I personally like this boat and it has the feel of comfort because of the room available, with a little time and modernising to get ready for the coming season it will be a luxury cruiser.
