Here we have a boat that has just undergone a complete refit. The interior is completely new and is fitted to a high standard. If you imagine the interior as being an empty shell, this is what we had 6 months ago. Now she is completely fitted out and therefore everthing is brand new. The inventory is very comprehensive so please ask! Along with all the obvious items that are brand new, i.e Cooker, microwave, fridge, carpets, curtains, bunks, heads, headlinings, instruments, lighting, Nav lights, Calorifier, Holding tank etc, there are lots of other unseen items, i.e. wiring, batteries, inverter, alternator, belts etc etc. The owners will provide a bed settee if required for the saloon giving a further 2 berths, the purchaser can then choose the style and colour. The exterior has had the same treatment, All windows removed and refurbished, a complete repaint and antifoul, she really is ready to sail with no further expenditure. She Has a full 4 year BSC and has the Broads Licence until 2009. She has had a FULL pre purcghase survey (March 2008) which will be made available. The owner is very keen to sell and is prepared to listen to offers.
