| Broker's Comments
This beautiful classic has quite a varied history behind her. We believe she was built in Falmouth as a fishing boat, but from 1959 to 1974 she ferried passengers between Fowey and Mevagissey. She then had her after cabin removed and was converted back to a fishing boat, operating out of Newquay. From 1998 to 2001, she was licensed as a passenger ferry, running between Turf Lock and Topsham and wintering in Barcelona.
The current owner bought her in 2001 intending to add more accommodation and live aboard while cruising the French canals. A growing business put paid to these plans and she has been gathering dust since then. She has deteriorated cosmetically, but the owner has not neglected her, regularly checking bilge, batteries, covers, etc.
This boat has been viewed and photographed by Nick Morton of Boatshed Brixham. Register or log in to see 41 more photos of this boat. These boat details are subject to contract.
