| Broker's Comments
Preliminary details: awaiting confirmation by owner.
Very attractive cruiser racer with good size cockpit and accommodation which has a slide-out galley and stowing saloon table, making clever use of the available space. The current owner uses her mainly for racing and has found her very competitive and indeed the design has a reputation for good handling and sailing performance.
There is also the possibility of buying or renting a private mooring on the River Exe.
