This Houseboat was fully rebuilt during May 2006 to a very high standard. The photo's show the level of insulation (rockwool) that was used during the refit. The external guttering was also replaced during the re-fit. The pontoons are polstyrene in GRP skins. |

An opportunity to purchase a beautifully refurbished House-boat on the River Yare nr Brundall. It is sited at the mouth of a small private Dyke less than a mile from Brundall and only 5 miles from Norwich. The view from the veranda is simply beautifull. The pictures do not show just what an idylic and peaceful setting this really is. The mooring is available to the purchaser at an annual cost of £2200 (no vat payable) and there is a seperate mooring available for your own boat (up to 30ft) if required.The dinghy (included if reqd) has an annual mooring fee of £41.12 inc vat. There is parking avaiable 5 metres from the mooring.
