Broker's Comments

What a boat!

When a vessel such as this comes along, you can just tell straight away that she's had adventures!

She feels strong, looks strong and has a traditional layout down below, benefiting from lots of storage space, an upper and lower saloon, good sized galley and a large store room under the cockpit.

Most of the big jobs have been done recently - with a recent engine, standing rigging and sails, we think she's looking forward to more adventures with a new owner.

Her engine will be serviced in August 2022.

Her owner purchased the hull in August 2011, moved her to Littlehampton in January 2012, launched her in November 2016 and rigged her in April 2017. She had a shakedown trip to Dartmouth August 2017.

Mike obviously knows nothing regarding ferro yachts

I don't wish to hurt the owner's feelings.
However, ferro cement?
Be prepared to discount. Heavily.
