Broker's Comments

A lovely example of the very popular Moody 31Mk2 Bilge Keel boat. One of the nicest Moody's I have personally seen in a while and an absolute credit to her owner.

She has been owned for 23 years and there is lots of evidence to suggest she has been well maintained.

Engine Service Routine
The engine has been serviced by the owner twice a year
- Autumn: Oil and Filter changed, engine flushed through with fresh water.
- Spring Fuel filters changed, engine anodes checked and replaced where necessary.

Additional Notes:
- 2 x Washboards are available (one perspex, one varnished)
- Binoculars included
- Includes mugs, cutlery, bowls, plates
- Fan heater
- Forehatch windscoop
- Aft cabin insect screens
- Emergency water container
- Companionway bag
- 20 Meter hose reel
- Dehumidifier
- All manuals for all equipment
- Maintenance history
- Spares, including rope replacement cords, o-rings, seals, bulbs, fan belts, filters, impellers, anodes, water muffler
- A SPARE ENGINE! great for parts!

Uninstalled items that are included:
- Eberspacher cabin heater, pumped water system with 2 x fan radiator units
- Coolmatic refrigerator unit to convert toolbox
- Whale foot operated water pump
- Used manual windlass
- Smoke alarm

Known items that need attention:
- Clipper Navtext
- Stowe speed and windex
- Masthead VHF aerial & tricolour light (naughty seagull!)
- Roller reefing foil crack of approx 4 inches 7 ft from deck. The owner has known about this for the last 5 years and she has sailed perfectly well, but wanted us to mention this in the spirit of complete transparency.

Instruments are:
- Yeoman plotter
- Raymarine C80 Plotter
- Clipper Echosounder
- Raystar 125 GPS
- Raymarine 2kw Pathfinder Radome and Radar Reflector
- ICOM M421 DSC VHF
- ICOM M23 handheld VHF

A full itemised maintenance schedule is available upon requests that details everything that has been spent on her since January 2001.
