This is fine example of the Southerly 115 lifting keel, lying ashore. She would have to be sailed away as there is no access for road transport. The owner would work with a buyer to put the boat together.

Surprising amount of room below including the second pilot position adjacent to the galley, ideal for helming protected from the elements. The lift keel housing is in no way intrusive, and the shallow draft allows exploration and anchoring in remote locations inaccessible to conventional yachts.
